Smart Dots has been developed by Symantic Game Pack. Smart Dots 1.00 version computer playing game was developed in 1991 by Charles Timmerman.Smart Dots will open in an independent browser on your computer just like paint brush application. You can go through manually or menu bar option to start the game.
